During standard pre-orders, item(s) will be available 1-2 weeks. A standard pre-order will take 6-10 weeks to ship. Pre-orders cannot sell out because I am able to allow sales on as many sizes as I want, and each item will be made to order, hence the longer shipping period. There is no rush to purchase because items do not sell out in pre-orders, so it is a win for me, and a win for you guys.

After an order has been placed, all sales are final. Unfortunately, I am unable to grant refunds due to the fact that I am a small business and consistent refunding would cause issues. So please, make sure you WANT to buy an item and triple check sizing and address before ordering. That being said, if you receive an item and the size does not fit are are able to 'exchange' the item for a different size, if there is stock available. You may be subject to additional shipping fees. Again, make sure sizing is right, because if I am unable to process an exchange there are NO refunds.
